[12:38:37] <djmoch> None of my network devices came up after upgrading to pentium4/linux 5.2.1. downgrading resolved the issue. anyone else seeing this?
[12:45:40] <djmoch> Not really sure how to debug that, but if someone has advice I'm more than willing to collect logs, etc.
[12:46:03] <djmoch> The devices appeared, they just never came up.

[14:27:16] <tirsek> djmoch: I don't know if it's relevant, but after I did an update on my laptop's x86_64 Arch installation recently, something happened to the persistent network device naming, and my wireless interface changed name from wl4 to wlan0. I haven't had a chance to look into why yet, I just changed the network config files for now... You say the devices appeared, so I assume that means they still retained their
[14:27:17] <tirsek> previous names?

[18:13:17] <buildmaster> !rq abaumann
[18:13:18] <phrik> buildmaster: <abaumann> if your software depends on the gcc version, you should really stop developping software because your development process is seriously flawed.
